MAIN Terms and Conditions 

This page (together with any documents referred to in it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website northumbrianflowers.co.uk (our site) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

All intellectual property rights concerning this web site including, but not limited to design, text, graphics, logo’s, images and other materials are owned by Property Gardens and Flowers Ltd/Northumbrian Flowers,  our licensors, our partners or our affiliates. 

No content or trademarks may be reproduced, copied, used, sold, and duplicated without our prior written consent. 

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our web site at any time. In using our site you agree to accept and abide by all of our Terms and Conditions and act in accordance with the law. You may not alter, impair or interfere in any way with our web site. If you default negligently in any obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) you shall be liable for all the losses and damages that this may cause to Property Gardens & Flowers Ltd/Northumbrian Flowers, our affiliates, partners or licensors. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: (a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) You are at least 18 years old. 

After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your transaction ID number and confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your PayPal account, Debit or Credit card.

We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if we have any queries relating to your order. 

We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. 

Prices 

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 

With the exception of our Trade section, all prices for products on our web site are inclusive of VAT at current rates. All prices include delivery. 

Prices are liable to change at any time. 

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s correct price is higher than the stated price on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection. 

We are under no obligation to supply you with the Product at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing. 

Payments 

Payments may be made using a debit or credit card through PayPal or by alternative methods including cheque or BACS. 

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges. 

Delivery (door wreaths) 

We will send out your order according to the delivery week option selected. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage to the value of the order placed if we do not have the exact flowers or foliage in stock. 

Our goods are sent out by courier on a signature optional delivery. This means that the parcel can be left on the property (porch or step) or with a neighbour if there is no one home to accept delivery. If there is an alternative place to leave the parcel on the property please specify this when prompted to do so in the checkout area of our site. 

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. 

We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown. 

We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses. 

Refunds Policy 

In the unlikely event that your door wreath or craft sundry purchase arrives damaged please notify us within 12 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. We guarantee our door wreaths for up to 7 days and send them with care instructions to ensure they are placed in the optimum environment, however if they fail to last for 7 days please do send us an image immediately.  We offer a no quibble refund once the door wreath has been return to us within 5 days of making us aware of your dissatisfaction, we do not refund your return posting charges nor refund any packaging costs in any event, you must send the parcel tracked or insured as we cannot be held responsible for non arrival of the parcel. 

Workshops & Courses 

Workshops and courses are presented on site at Garden House, Wark on Tyne, Hexham unless stated. Please ensure you have the correct venue address and details to arrive on time. Cancellations are non refundable in any circumstance, an alternative date may be suitable if there are spaces available but not guaranteed. Please read the reminder email it will provide further information regarding parking, anything you are required to bring etc.  

If your workshop/course if booked at another venue please refer to their booking terms and conditions. 

Our Right to vary the Terms & Conditions 

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. 

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority. 

Law & Jurisdiction 

Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CRAFT SUNDRIES & DOOR WREATH ORDERS 

 Delivery (Craft Sundries) 

We aim to deliver within 3 working days following your online order. In addition to our nationwide delivery service we can offer next day delivery (within a 10 mile radius) from our workshop near Wark on Tyne, Northumberland. If you prefer to collect direct then this must be noted on the special instructions box with a day and time (please stick to this as November & December is an incredibly busy time of the year for us) 

Presentation 

Our door wreaths are beautifully wrapped in tissue and placed in a strong box to keep them perfectly safe and fresh on their journey. They will delivered with a handwritten message card and care instructions. 

Gift Card 

If your order is to be a gift we will include a complimentary hand written gift card, please enter all relevant information in the special instructions box: name of recipient FULL POSTAL ADDRESS and a message. 

Order Confirmation 

An order confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been placed online. 

Please keep this in a safe place as you will need to quote the order number if you have any queries. 

Delivery Costs 

Are included in the purchase price stated. 

Delivery Postcodes and Exclusions 

We can deliver to most UK postcodes but there are exceptions in the highlands and Islands. Please contact us if you are in any doubt. If we can get it to you, we will there may be additional costs depending on delivery location. 

What will happen if the recipient is not home to receive the parcel? 

There is a special instruction box on the checkout page which allows you to suggest a suitable place for the courier to leave the parcel if the recipient is not home. The parcel will, by default, be left on the step if possible or with a neighbour. 

Payment 

Payment is through PayPal, if you do not wish to use paypal please email us direct to arrange an alternative payment method. 

Cancellation 

Any cancellations for craft sundries or door wreaths must be made within 12 hours of placing the original order. 

Amending Your Order 

If you wish to make any other changes to your order you may do so by e-mailing us using the form in the Contact Us page of our site or by calling us on 01434 230055 and leave a message.

Purchase of Scissors and Sharp Tools

In agreeing to these T&C’s when purchasing scissors or other sharp tools and restricted items, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
